Reason I love sourdough
My name is Michael Tse and I have been working in a bakery for a few years. At the beginning, I just randomly found this job and never thought baking would be my future career, but after working there for a while, I found that it is a very challenging job and I love it, so I started to have the passion and got really interested in it. There are still a lot to learn everyday even though I’ve been working there for a period of time. It becomes my career and I want to share it with other people.
Reason I made this website
My friends start coming to me and ask me how to make this, and how to bake that. Therefore, I’ve decided to build this website and share what I know with my friends and everyone of you. Baking is easier than you think once you’ve got the tricks from it. There is a lot of information in this website and I hope it can help you to have more understanding of baking. This website is still pretty new and I will keep it updated as often as possible.
