I am not going to explain too much about the process of how to make the dough unless there is a different way to do it. I have already explained the processes of making sourdough starter, making sourdough bread and tips; therefore, I am just going to give you the dough recipes here. I will show you one size loaf of bread for all the recipes, if you would like to make more just add them up. It will be easier it you have a scale so you can just do it by grams using percentage instead of trying to find out how much 3/8 cup or 6/10 cup is. You don’t have to follow exactly as the recipes I have here, they are just to give you the idea of the amount of ingredients you need to add. You can make little changes depending on how you want your bread to turn out.
