White Bread
White bread is the most common bread and it is the easiest bread to make.

3 cups of white flour 360 grams
6/8 cup of water 215 grams
1 teaspoon of oil 4 grams
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 8 grams
1 teaspoon of yeast (better to scale it) 8 grams
White sweet bread
White sweet bread is good for making cinnamon buns. You can add any fruit, like apple, raisins, corn, custard, etc. Those are pretty good to go with sweet bread. If you don’t want the bread to be too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar, but make sure you put the same amount of yeast and sugar. If you are going to put 5% of sugar only, then also put 5% of yeast only.
Things to be aware of:
Sweet bread will be done in the oven very fast because it contains lots of sugar in it, the fact is that sugar burns really fast! So keep an eye on your bread in the oven while baking sweet bread, reduce the time and temperature to lower than normal bread.
