Whole wheat bread absorbs more water than white bread, therefore the recipes for whole wheat bread will have more water in it. Whole wheat also has enough starch to feed up to 3% of yeast.

1 teaspoon of oil 4 grams

Whole Wheat Multigrain Bread
If it is whole wheat multigrain bread, you need to add gluten because the grains are very sharp. It will cut through the gluten texture while mixing the dough, therefore you need to add extra gluten into the dough to bring the dough together. You can also add extra sesame seed, poppy seed or other kinds of seed depending on what you like.
